Sebastian Bogusławski – President of the Supervisory Board
He graduated from Warsaw School of Economics with master’s degree and started doctoral studies at Collegium of Economic Analysis of Warsaw School of Economics. He started his professional career in 1999 in PKO BP Brokerage House where he first worked as Banking Sector Analyst and later as Manager of Portfolio Management Department. Since 2003 he managed Pekao Open Pension Fund at Pekao Pioneer General Pension Management Company. Later on he was appointed Investment Director of Pekao Open Pension Funds. From 2007 to 2008 he acted as Vice-President of PZU General Pension Management Fund and was responsible for organization's investment policy. Since 2008 he has been with Pioneer Pekao Inestment Management SA. From 2001 to 2006 he was Member of Supervisory Boards of several public limited companies listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Marcin Michnicki – Vice-President of the Supervisory Board
Warsaw School of Economics graduate in Finance and Banking. After investing on his own account, he decided to establish Probatus Financial Advisers Sp. z o.o. and since 2002 he has been a President of Management Board. In Financial Advisers he handles Private Equity and Venture Capital investments, investment advisory and mediation in the process of raising capital by commercial companies. He is also supervising and coordinating the process of taking companies public (cooperation with key entities of Polish capital market – IDM S.A., Inwest Consulting S.A., MCI Management S.A.). He is also a member of Supervisory Boards in the following companies – GWARANT S.A., Microtech International S.A. and WDH S.A and a Vice-President of Management Board in 3SPACE S.A. and SprintAir Sp. z o.o.
Marcin Haśko – Member of the Supervisory Board
Jacek Piotr Krawczyk – Member of the Supervisory Board
University of Warsaw graduate (master’s degree in Law) and Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Paris graduate (master’s degree in Change Management). In 1991 he was Secretary of State at the Ministry of Industry and Trade. From 1991-1993 he was Vice-President of NICOM Consulting. Then, between 1993 and 1995 he was Vice-President of Polski Bank Rozwoju S.A. From 1995 to 1998 he was President of Management Board of IB Austria Securities S.A. in Warsaw. In 1998-2000 he served as President of Management Board of Bank Współpracy Europejskiej S.A. From 2000 to 2002 he was President of Management Board of OPTIMUS S.A. Since 2002 he has been Member of Supervisory Boards in several stock exchange companies and State Treasury ownership companies. Since 2004 he has been a representative of Polish Employers in European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels. Currently he holds position of President of Management Board of PLL LOT, Vice-President of Employers’ Group in European Economic and Social Committee and Vice-President of Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan.
Ryszard Ptasiński – Member of the Supervisory Board
He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at University of Wrocław. In 1981 he passed national judicial exam and in 1982 he became qualified legal advisor. Since 1984 he has been working as a legal advisor and since 1991 he is a co-owner of M.Brachmański&R.Ptasiński law office. In 1988-1990 he completed courses for members of Management Boards in State Treasury ownership companies and National Investment Funds. He specializes in commercial law and investments.
