Jacek Kujawa - President of the Management Board
Mr. Jacek Kujawa has a long-standing experience in IT sector. He is a graduate of Kiev Polytechnic Institute and he also holds MBA from Canadian Institute of Management. He started his professional career in 1986 at OBROiUS Poznań as a Information Technology Specialist. He held similar positions at Intel and Pozbud. From 1990 he held managerial positions at POLSOFT and was responsible for development and implementation of IT systems for financial institutions. In 1996 he was Vice-President and in 2004 he became President of Projekty Bankowe Polsoft. Later on he was appointed CEO of banking and finance sector at Computerland S.A. and supervised completion of implementation projects and reaching sales goals. In the years 2007-2010 he acted as Vice-President of Management Board of Sygnity S.A. where he was responsible for banking and finance sector and the public sector. From 2004 to 2010 he was Chairman and Member of Supervisory Boards of PB Polsoft, ZETO Rodan, Sygnity.Research, WINUEL, Support. He is an experienced manager and has practical knowledge and skills in managing IT company, sales departments and corporate restructuring projects. July 1st of 2011 he was appointed Vice-President of Management Board of ITG SA. In October of 2011 ITG Management Board appointed him President of the Board.
Paweł Witkiewicz - Vice-President of the Management Board
Paweł Witkiewicz is a Wrocław University of Economics graduate. In September of 2006 he began doctoral studies at the Faculty of Banking and Finance at Wrocław University of Economics. In 1997, during his studies he got a job as a Project Manager at Bank Zachodni S.A. Since 1999 he worked in ComputerLand S.A. in sales support. From October of 2000 to May of 2001 he was a Vice-President and co-owner of GetNet Computers Sp. z o.o. In 2001 he worked for ING Bank Śląski S.A. on e-banking systems. In 2003 he worked as a Project Manager at Impel IT and Impel S.A. and in 2004 he started working at Sygnity S.A. In January of 2010 he was granted the position of Proxy and CEO of Innovation Technology Group S.A. In December of 2010 ITG Management Board appointed him Vice-President of the Board.
Piotr Hanusiak - Member of the Management Board
Piotr Hanusiak graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Opole University and completed post-graduate course in Operation of commercial banks at the University of Economics in Katowice. He also holds Project Management Certificate from George Washington University and completed multiple courses and trainings. He started his professional career in 1993 as an Implementation Specialist at CSBI where he handled projects concerning implementation of IT banking systems. From 1997 he worked as a Consultant for Elba CSB and took part in the project involving implementation of central IT system in one of the biggest commercial banks in Poland. From 1998 he worked for ComputerLand S.A., later renamed to Sygnity S.A., where he held a managerial position and was responsible for implementation of main transaction systems in commercial banks. In 2004 he was appointed Director of Competence Center and was responsible for implementations, development and maintenance of IT solutions for banking sector. He handled the processes of management and development of business areas till 2010 and in the years 2007-2009 he was responsible for developing complex solution for loan servicing in one of the biggest international financial institutions. Since October of 2011 he hold a position of CEO for implementation department at ITG SA. In July of 2011 Management Board appointed him Member of the ITG SA Management Board.
