2011 - acquisition of shares in ALMA Systems Sp. Ltd., stockpile offer is on the market of health
2009 –Microtech International S.A. enters Stock Market (New Connect)
2009 – acquisition of Future Solutions – an innovative company providing services for banking and telecommunication sectors in Poland and abroad.
2009 – opening of ITG S.A. Sales Office in Warsaw
2008 – launching international plugIT Project, co-financed by EU within The Seventh Framework Programme. The aim of the Project is developing modern platform for expert knowledge modelling and management. As a member of consortium, ITG S.A. is responsible for compliance of the models with standards.
2007 – process of brand rebranding involving changing company’s name from Computer Communication Systems S.A. (CCS SA) to Innovation Technology Group S.A. (ITG S.A.).
2006 – acquiring 100% shares of an innovative company Microtech International Ltd. (currently ITG S.A. holds 42% of the shares).
2005 – biggest and most innovative implementation (solution-wise) in DataCenter for Reichle&de-Massari.
2004 – obtaining first Quality Management Standard compliant with PN-ENISO 9001:2000 norm.
2003 – unique in Europe implementation of VoIP (Voice over IP) communication technology - using satellite internet connection with coverage area encompasses Poland and Ukraine - at Kronpol Sp. z o.o.
2001 – first-time in Poland implementation of SAP system on mySAP.com e-business platform for managing Żabka retail chain and mySAP Retail package intended for sales management at Żabka Polska S.A.
2000 – the biggest in Poland realization of comprehensive IP Phone system - based on Cisco products - for Howell S.A. (steel products distributor)
2000 – implementing original RSTD communication solution (extensive data transmission system) in PKN Orlen. System was installed in over 1400 gas stations in the country.
1999 – biggest installation in R&M freenet technology in 1999.
1995 – translation SAP R/3 into Polish and adjusting it to customer’s needs; participation in first Polish contract executed for Elektromis by SAP.
